Refund & Cancellation Policy

POPIASafe is a subscription-based compliance platform. We aim to ensure a fair, transparent, and compliant process for all users. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All users are charged at the start of each billing cycle unless the subscription is cancelled before renewal.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your POPIASafe subscription at any time.
- Cancellations take effect immediately.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No additional charges will occur after cancellation unless you reactivate.
4. Refund Policy
POPIASafe provides refunds only under the following conditions:
- Accidental duplicate charges
- System malfunction resulting in complete service inaccessibility for more than 72 hours
- Unauthorized billing after a confirmed cancellation
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- Partial usage of the platform
- Lack of usage during an active billing period
- Failure to cancel before renewal
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@popiasafe.com with your account email, reference number, and reason.
- Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–14 working days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Disputed Payments
In the event of a payment dispute, POPIASafe will provide detailed billing records. Chargebacks without prior communication may lead to temporary account suspension.
